Important information regarding Clinical Case submission

• Submission of the Clinical Case is free of charge and does not require prior registration for the event.
• Registration fee must be paid within 5 (five) days after confirmation of case acceptance.
• Failure to comply with this deadline will result in automatic disqualification of the submitted clinical case.

The Clinical Case author responsible for submitting the work must complete the registration with their personal information.

The deadline for Clinical Case submission is 8:00 PM on September 21, 2026.

• Submission will be carried out exclusively through electronic means.

• Please follow the on-screen instructions in sequence, clicking on the indicated fields.

• The title of the work is limited to 300 characters.

• The author must include up to 03 keywords.

• A maximum of 10 authors per work will be allowed, along with 01 institution where the case was performed.

• The email address of all authors must be provided.

• The work must be prepared as a PowerPoint presentation, with a maximum of 10 slides.

• The presentation must be structured with the following items in the sequence below:

1. Work title (without names or institutions)
2. Clinical presentation
3. Angiographic assessment or adjunctive method
4. Decision-making process
5. Intervention(s)
6. Post-intervention follow-up
7. Conclusion or "learning points" of the case

• Submissions will be accepted in the following categories:
• Chronic Total Occlusions (CTO)
• CHIP (Imaging and Physiology, Calcified Plaque Modification Methods, Bifurcation Angioplasty – including TCE)

• If the presentation contains video(s), the file must be saved in PowerPoint ppsx format.

• The work must be submitted as a single file with a maximum size of 40 MB. Should the file exceed this limit, it must be uploaded to a Drive service, and the file link must be provided in a specific field during submission. [Attention: the link must allow access to the file without requiring permission requests. Otherwise, the reviewer may reject the work.]

• Submissions will be accepted in the following PowerPoint formats – ppt, pptx, ppsx (in case of video(s)), or pdf.

• Text on slides must be written in Arial font, size 26 or larger, with double line spacing.

• Bibliographic references should not be included in the work.

• Abbreviations are permitted, but should be kept to a minimum and placed in parentheses after the full term.

• Intervention results must be clearly presented, and the case conclusion should be based on the interventions performed.

• It is not allowed to submit the same Clinical Case to more than one category; failure to comply will result in disqualification.

• The Clinical Case may be submitted in Portuguese or English.

• After submitting the Clinical Case, the author may access their page and edit the submission until the deadline.

• Each submitted Clinical Case will receive a code confirming the submission and registering the individual author(s) and institution(s).

• Results will be communicated via the registered email address.
